The CHICS Story
The CHICS membership consists of approximately 25 women living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Their endearing efforts support The Family Place, which raises awareness and provides assistance for victims of family violence. Such assistance includes providing shelter, transitional housing, outreach counseling and community education. The Family Place is Dallas’ largest family violence service provider reaching out to thousands of victims of family violence each year with award-winning programs that keep women and children safe. www.familyplace.org

The CHICS’ annual events have risen from $2,000 to $13,000 in donations directly benefiting the women & children of The Family Place over the past 3 years. Please join us at our 5th annual event on October 15th at Park Lane Ranch for a fun night benefiting a great cause!
